Plt. Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Abdul Hakim mengikuti 2nd Forum of Southeast Asian Officials on Public Services Performance di Jakarta, Kamis (18/07). Dalam forum yang diinisiasi oleh Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) melalui OECD Korea Policy Centre ini, Hakim berbagi praktik baik dan transformasi pelayanan publik di Indonesia

Hakim menjelaskan bahwa transformasi pelayanan publik di Indonesia yang berorientasi pada human-centric public services dilaksanakan melalui tiga kebijakan partisipasi masyarakat yang ada dalam tiap tahapan kebijakan pelayanan. Kebijakan tersebut adalah Forum Konsultasi Publik (FKP), Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM), serta Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat (LAPOR!).

Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut Head of the Governance Indicators and Performance Division in the OECD Directorate for Public Governance Monica Brezzi; Analis Kebijakan Ahli Utama Kementerian PANRB M. Imanuddin, serta perwakilan dari OECD, OECD Korea Policy Centre, Brunei Darussalam, Kamboja, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea Selatan, Filipina, Laos, Thailand, Irlandia, dan Australia.
